Commissioner Joe A. Martinez to host a free Spring Break “Family Movie Night at the Park”

MIAMI – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Joe A. Martinez invites all residents to attend a favorite community activity, “Family Movie Night at the Park,” featuring the film “Ralph Breaks the Internet.” This event brings families together as they watch a FREE movie under the stars at a local park. The event takes place on Friday, March 29, 2019 at Kendale Lakes Park, 7850 SW 142nd Avenue. The movie will begin approximately at sunset. Attendees are encouraged to come early to find their spot and bring their lawn chairs and blankets to sit comfortably throughout the film. Families can also enjoy hot dogs with chips, popcorn, cotton candy, and refreshments during the event (while they last).

“This is a great way to spend an evening with the family to enjoy quality time together in the ambiance and beauty of a theater under the stars during Spring Break. I am pleased to be able to host this fun event and provide everyone with a fun venue where they can sit down and relax,” said Commissioner Martinez.

For more information, please call Commissioner Martinez’s District Office at 305-552-1155.
