Commissioner Diaz to host press conference to announce free admission for members of the Armed Forces, veterans and first responders at Gamer Comic Expo

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz will host a press conference to announce that all members of the Armed Forces, veterans and first responders will enjoy FREE ADMISSION on the last day of this weekend’s Nov. 9-12 Gamer Comic Expo in honor of Veterans Day.

The press conference will take place today at 2 p.m. at the Miami Airport Convention Center, 711 NW 72nd Avenue at the West Hall lobby.

The epic comic and e-sports comic con event in Miami begins this Friday, November 9 and runs through Veteran’s Day, November 12, at the Miami Airport Convention Center, featuring William Shatner from Star Trek, Danny Trejo, Machete Kills, Ashleigh Murray from Riverdale, Kristian Nairn from Game of Thrones, Lori Petty from Orange the new Black, Amiah Miller from War for the Planet of the Apes, Anna Hutchison from the Cabin in the Woods and Power Rangers Jungle Fury, , Carson Rowland from I am Frankie, Daniel Mays from Stars Wars Rogue One, Joel Courtney from the Kissing Booth, Miles Heizer & Anne Winters from 13 Reasons Why, Riker & Rydel Lynch from R5 and Glee, Kendall & Jill Vertes from Dance Moms, Brett Dalton from Agents of Shield, and many others.
