Commissioner Diaz, Mayor Lopez, Florida State Rep. Rodriguez and Farm Share to again host drive-through food distribution


MIAMI-DADE – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz is again partnering with City of Sweetwater Mayor Orlando Lopez, Florida State Representative Ana Maria Rodriguez and Farm Share to host another drive-through food distribution for residents of Sweetwater and surrounding areas on Monday, May 4 starting at 8 a.m., until supplies run out.

The food distribution will take place at Dolphin Mall, 11401 NW 12th St., Miami, FL 33172. The entrance for motorists has changed. Residents must drive in at the Dolphin Mall entrance at Northwest 17th Street and 111th Avenue. The food distribution will continue until supplies run out. No walk-ups are permitted; the distribution is for cars only, and residents must remain inside their vehicles and pop open their trunks for the food.
