Commissioner Diaz to distribute facemasks to District 12 residents in the City of Sweetwater

MIAMI-DADE – Miami-Dade County Commissioner Jose “Pepe” Diaz and Sweetwater Mayor Orlando Lopez will be distributing reusable facemasks for COVID-19 prevention to District 12 residents in the City of Sweetwater on Wednesday, August 12 from 8:30 a.m. until supplies run out, at Vann Academy, 400 NW 112th Ave.

The facemask distribution will be on a drive-through only basis – first come, first served. No walkups will be permitted. Residents should remain inside their cars and be prepared to roll down their window when it’s their turn in line.

The reusable masks were donated by the Florida Department of Health.
