County Commissioners will hold first public budget hearing for upcoming fiscal year
MIAMI-DADE – The Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners will hold its first public budget hearing at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, regarding the County's budget and proposed millage rate for Fiscal Year 2021-22.
The hearing will take place in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers, situated on the second floor of the Stephen P. Clark Government Center, 111 NW First St., Miami, Florida, 33128. The public may:
-- View a live broadcast of the budget hearing in the first-floor lobby of the Government Center.
-- Speak, where permissible, in the Miami-Dade Commission Chambers. The public will be required to register to speak on the first floor and will be escorted to the Commission Chambers at the appropriate time.
-- View a live broadcast on Miami-Dade Television or a live webcast at miamidade.gov/webcasting.
The public shall wear facial coverings and observe social-distancing requirements in accordance with applicable requirements.
