Information regarding recent surgery of Chairman Jose “Pepe” Diaz

MIAMI-DADE – On Thursday, August 5, 2021, Miami-Dade County Chairman Jose “Pepe” Diaz underwent surgery after receiving a diagnosis that he had an acoustic neuroma tumor. After a successful surgery, he is currently in recovery and in stable condition.
