Property Appraiser Lazaro Solis Unveils New Comparable Sales Application

Property Appraiser Lazaro Solis is pleased to announce the launch of the new 2014 Comparable Sales application.  Mr. Solis is following up on his commitment to bring a new level of innovation and accessibility to the community.

In a statement Property Appraiser Solis stated, “It is crucial for us to continue to evolve our site and provide our community with state of the art tools.”

On March 3^rd, the Office of the Property Appraiser launched a fully re-designed website and a new version of the Property Search.  Phase II followed shortly with new and exciting improvements to the Property Search.

Today, Mr. Solis has revealed the latest developments on his agenda to update the Property Appraiser’s website.

Key enhancements to the Comparable Sales Application include:

• Advance Search features that allow filtering by:
  • Property Type
  • Sales Qualification
  • ­Sale Price
  • Adjusted Area
  • ­Living Area
  • Actual Area
• Selected property details are now included in the results
• Ability to export results to spreadsheets
• New detailed report
• New imagery and map features:
  • View angle/oblique view of property
  • Ability to select an area to zoom into
  • ­View of various geographic boundaries, such as: municipality, zip code, and commission districts.
