Vehicle Shooting Resulting in a Homicide


(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- 

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau is investigating a shooting involving three vehicles. According to investigators the uniform officers responded to SW 268 Street and SW 115 Court, reference shots fired at a vehicle. Upon arrival they discovered a Nissan Altima with two male victims inside. Miami- Dade Fire Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced one male deceased. The second male was treated for minor injuries and released.

Subsequently, the investigation lead officers to the area of SW 124 Avenue and SW 268 Street, where they found a Gray Infiniti with two additional victims with minor injuries. The victims were also treated and released on scene.

The subject’s vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction.

At this time investigators are interviewing the victims to determine their involvement, if any.
