Investigators Identify Murderer |

The Miami-Dade Police Department, Homicide Bureau has identified the person responsible for the murder of Rubeina Belizario. According to investigators, a 911 call was received in reference to a female being assaulted with a tire iron. The caller then stated that subject grabbed a weight lifting bar and began striking the victim. He struggled with the subject in attempts to help the victim causing the subject to flee the scene; the caller sustained minor injuries. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and the victim was pronounced deceased on the scene. Investigators were able to confirm that Timmy Lee Williams is the subject responsible for the murder of Ms. Belizario and are seeking the assistance of the community in locating him. Timmy Lee Williams is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information of his whereabouts is urged to contact 911.
