The Miami-Dade Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at 2376 N.W. 95 Terrace, that left a Repo Man shot.
Investigators say that around 6:58 p.m. officers received a call regarding a male shot at N.W. 22 Avenue and N.W. 99 Street. When officers arrived they discovered the tow truck driver, Serge Lossard had indeed been shot.
Mr. Lossard advised investigators, while he was waiting inside his tow truck in front of 2376 N.W. 95 Terrace, he was approached by three juvenile black males, one with dreads and all wearing dark clothing. They attempted to open his vehicle and when they were unsuccessful, they shot him through the window. The victim fled the area and called police from N.W. 22 Avenue and N.W. 99 Street.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded and transported the victim to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital, alert and in stable condition.
The subjects fled on foot in an unknown direction. The motive is unknown at this time.
