PORT MIAMI IS OPEN FOR CARGO BUSINESS

The PortMiami team continues to work closely with its partners on COVID-19

MIAMI ( March 14, 2020 )

The Office of the Mayor, in conjunction with local, state and federal agencies, is coordinating all coronavirus (COVID-19) efforts throughout Miami-Dade County.

The PortMiami team continues to work with its partners to safeguard all port users and the Miami-Dade community.

On the cargo side, PortMiami’s shipping terminals are open for business. For schedule of operations we encourage port users to contact the terminals directly: Seaboard Marine www.seaboardmarine.com, South Florida Container Terminal http://termview.namapmterminals.com/Mobile/Terminal/Index/MIA, and Port of Miami Terminal Operating Company http://pomtoc.com/

On the cruise side, the lines have voluntarily ceased sailings for at least 30 days. PortMiami will be waiving all lay berth fees for home-ported vessels that request to berth alongside the port during the 30 days effective Friday March 13th. See the announcement here.

Travelers are encouraged to contact the cruise lines for any changes in itineraries or protocols.
