Miami-Dade County Asian-American Advisory Board to hold public meeting

 

MIAMI – The Asian-American Advisory Board (AAAB), under the Office of Community Advocacy, will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1st Street, 10th Floor Transportation Trust Conference Room. 

The agenda for this month will include executive board members elections for 2020, a review of the outreach efforts and events held in 2019 in order to promote Asian cultural and civic engagement opportunities for Miami-Dade County residents; as well as the goals for 2020.

All meetings of the Asian-American Advisory Board are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend and learn more about the work of the board. There will be an opportunity for attendees to comment at the beginning of the meeting, and the board is especially interested in hearing about issues impacting the Asian community in Miami-Dade County.
