The Office of Community Advocacy brings DMV to Go to the Stephen P. Clark Center. 

A variety of driver license services are provided.

No appointment is needed. March 5, 2019.

FedAssist - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Staff will be available to answer questions and general information to the public on a walk-in basis. In addition, resource materials to help you study for the citizenship test.

Every third Tuesday of the month at the Stephen P. Clark Center, lobby.

HIV/AIDS Health Fair at Stephen P. Clark Center, Feb. 22

Attend the second annual HIV/AIDS Health Fair on Feb. 22, hosted by the Florida Department of Health and Miami-Dade County's Office of Community Advocacy, in the Stephen P. Clark Center lobby. Receive free health screenings, resources and much more.

Elder Affairs Advisory Board seeks new members

The EAAB board will advise the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners on issues related to the County's programming, public services, facilities for elderly persons, including but not limited to, transportation/mobility services, health care services, parks programming, silver services programming, and affordable housing.

Report on Miami-Dade Police Department's Immigration and Immigrant Communities Procedures

MDPD reviewed its practices and procedures and recently implemented a new policy to guide and direct officers with regard to immigration and immigrant communities. Since implementing the policy, the Department received additional input from organizations and concerned individuals around the County, and consquently drafted revisions to MDPD's Departmental Manual Chapter 21 - Part 4 - Undocumented Persons. The revisions to the policy preserve the separation of duties between MDPD officers and federal immigration officers, and confirm that MDPD officers are not performing federal immigration duties.

The Status of Women in Miami-Dade County - 2nd Annual Report

The Status of Women in Miami-Dade County report analyzes the critical disparities among men and women in Miami-Dade County and provides an overview of changes that occurred since 2000 in a range of indicators across the areas of Economic Opportunity, Education, Safety and Health.

Miami-Dade County Coordinated Response Team

Coordinated Response Team (MDC-CRT) is a network of agencies, community centers and faith-based organizations that can provide individuals who have experienced crime, violence or a traumatic event with a range of legal, medical, mental health and other support services to help them get back on their feet.
