The Office of Agenda Coordination coordinates the legislative process for Miami-Dade County.

The International Trade Consortium addresses issues affecting international trade, assists staff in yearly measurable objectives, program priorities, and recommends the agency's budget for consideration by the Mayor and County Commission.

The Board of County Commissioners' (BCC) Media Division is the communications link between the Board of County Commissioners and residents. The division is available to direct media inquiries, arrange interview requests, coordinate public records requests and supply commission-related materials to the news media.

Chairman Gilbert names Commission committees and chairs

Chairman Oliver G. Gilbert, III, has assigned new Miami-Dade County Commission committees and named the commissioners who will serve as chair and vice chair. Among the eight total committees, five will be led by women commissioners for the first time – a new direction for the 2023 board and an accomplishment ahead of the 50-year commemoration of the U.S. Congress designation of Women’s Equality Day.

Chairman Oliver G. Gilbert, III, Miami-Dade County Commissioner for District 1, and Vice Chairman Anthony Rodriguez, who represents District 10, were installed as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 4 p.m. at Hard Rock Stadium.
