  • Federal Government Assistance
    Every first and third Tuesday of the month
    Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1st Street, Lobby
    9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

    A representative from U.S. Senator Marco Rubio and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services can assist you with questions and answers on Immigration, IRS, HUD and Social Security matters.
  • Free Sunpass
    Every third Thursday of the month
    Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 NW 1st Street, Lobby
    9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

    You will need a credit or debit card ($10 minimum is required to activate), provide contact and vehicle information. MDX will also inform residents about the SunPass Tag Swap Program.
  • Get Help with Domestic Violence
    Victims of domestic violence can receive assistance through a wide range of intervention and prevention services. 

    Miami-Dade County offers free holistic and coordinated services through multiple violence prevention and intervention services and programs.

The Office of Community Advocacy (OoCA) was established to meet its unique community needs, through various events and initiatives, OoCA promote productive community relations and cultural understanding for a better quality of life for all County residents.

Experienced staff and volunteer residents appointed by the Members of the Board of the County Commission work on behalf of the public to help residents live together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding, making Miami-Dade County one of the nation's most dynamically and culturally diverse metropolitan areas.
