Human Rights and Fair Employment Practices

The HRFEP Division promotes fairness and equal opportunity in employment, housing, public accommodations, credit and financing practices, family leave and domestic violence leave.

Training & Outreach

The HRFEP Division works with all County departments, local, state, and federal civil rights enforcement agencies and various community groups in order to educate employees, residents and businesses to prevent all forms of discrimination and harassment throughout Miami-Dade County.
