Miami-Dade County Commissioner Javier Souto will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new traffic signal at the intersection of Southwest 97th Avenue and 28th Street on Friday, Oct. 11 at 11 a.m. The new traffic signal will improve safety for residents of the area, which includes two important schools – Rockway Elementary and Rockway Middle.
