(Miami-Dade County, FL) -- The Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust (Transportation Trust) Project and Financial Review Committee and Strategic and Financial Planning Committee will convene on Thursday, February 9, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. respectively in the Transportation Trust Conference Room, Stephen P.
