The Northwest Passenger Activity Center site is located at the intersection of two major arterials, NW 7th Avenue and 62nd Street, just west of Interstate 95. The area includes a combination of commercial properties fronting along both NW 7th Avenue and NW 62nd Street surrounded by single-family and some multifamily residences. Multifamily residential development is clustered along the west side of the Interstate.
