Please provide the company and application numbers assigned to you by PortMiami to renew your permit online. If you do not have these numbers, please contact PortMiami's Permit Office at (305) 347-4954 or (305) 960-5401 to obtain the necessary credentials.

Explanation about this codes:

  • Company number: This is the number assigned by PortMiami when your company begins doing business. Find your Company number
  • Application number: This is the number (####-#####) assigned to your permit application each year. You can find this number in the email sent to you for permit renewal.
