| REPORT: | Mr. Michael Taylor, Senior Managing Director of Travel, Hospitality, Retail , and Customer Service Advisory, JD Power, appeared before the Committee to present a PowerPoint presentation regarding MIA’s North America Airport Satisfaction Study, which outlined the following: - MIA 2026 Wave 3 Year-To-Date Key Takeaways; - Overall Satisfaction Rank; - Dimension Performance; and - Terminal Spending. Mr. Taylor concluded his presentation by commending the administration on MIA's strong performance and observed that the airport, a previous JD Power award winner, was positioned to earn that recognition again. In response to a question regarding methodology, he explained that the results were drawn from an annual online survey of approximately 30,000 respondents who had taken a flight within the prior 30 days and were asked to identify the airports they had used. | ||||||
