RESOLUTION RETROACTIVELY AUTHORIZING IN-KIND SERVICES FROM THE PARKS, RECREATION AND OPEN SPACES DEPARTMENT FOR THE OCTOBER 6 THROUGH OCTOBER 13 �SUKKOT IN PARK� SPONSORED BY THE CHABAD CHAYIL INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,540.00 TO BE FUNDED FROM THE BALANCE OF THE DISTRICT 4 FY 2025-26 IN-KIND RESERVE

BODY
WHEREAS, the Chabad Chayil Inc. has requested in-kind services from the Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department for the October 6 through October 13, 2025 �Sukkot in Park� in an amount of $1,540.00 (see attached Fee Waiver/In-kind Service Application); and
WHEREAS, Chabad Chayil Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation; and
WHEREAS, the �Sukkot in Park� serves as a communal sukkah during the Sukkot holiday to foster inclusivity and community engagement; and
WHEREAS, the �Sukkot in Park� is a special event, as that term is defined in the attached Fee Waiver/In-Kind Service Application, and $1,540.00 of the in-kind services shall be funded from the balance of the District 4 FY 2025-26 In-Kind Reserve,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board retroactively authorizes in-kind services from the Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department for the October 6 through October 13, 2025 �Sukkot in Park� sponsored by the Chabad Chayil Inc. in an of $1,540.00 to be funded from the balance of the District 4 FY 2025-26 In-Kind Reserve.
