REPORT:
ACA Morse read the title of the foregoing proposed ordinance into the record.
Chairman Gilbert III opened the public hearing, and seeing no one come forward to speak, the public hearing was closed.
Hearing no comments or questions, the Committee proceeded to vote on the foregoing ordinance, as presented.
Following the vote, Vice Chairwoman Regalado inquired about the status of the pending litigation.
Chairman Gilbert III advised that staff continued to work closely with the new City of Miami administration and expressed optimism that a resolution would be reached shortly.
