TITLE
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING IN-KIND SERVICES FROM THE MIAMI-DADE PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT FOR THE OCTOBER 4, 2008 �VILLAGE OF BISCAYNE PARK 75TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION� SPONSORED BY THE VILLAGE OF BISCAYNE PARK IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $716.00 TO BE FUNDED FROM THE DISTRICT 4 IN-KIND RESERVE FUND

BODY
WHEREAS, the Village of Biscayne Park has requested in-kind services from the Miami-Dade Park and Recreation Department for the October 4, 2008 �Village of Biscayne Park 75th Anniversary Celebration� in an amount not to exceed $716.00 (see attached Fee Waiver/In-kind Service Application); and
WHEREAS, the �Village of Biscayne Park 75th Anniversary Celebration� is a free public event to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Village of Biscayne Park; and
WHEREAS, the �Village of Biscayne Park 75th Anniversary Celebration� is a district event, as that term is defined on the attached Fee Waiver/In-kind Service Application, and the in-kind services shall be funded from the District 4 In-kind Reserve Fund,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board authorizes in-kind services from the Miami-Dade Park and Recreation Department for the October 4, 2008 �Village of Biscayne Park 75th Anniversary Celebration� in an amount not to exceed $716.00 to be funded from the District 4 In-kind Reserve Fund.
