TITLE
RESOLUTION ADDING THE CHILDREN�S COURTHOUSE LOCATED IN DISTRICT 3 TO THE LIST OF ECONOMIC STIMULUS PROJECTS PURSUANT TO THE COUNTY�S ECONOMIC STIMULUS PLAN

BODY
WHEREAS, this Board, also on July 17, 2008, approved Resolution No. R-851-08 establishing the list of Economic Stimulus Projects to be expedited under the (ESP); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 08-92 provided that the Board may, from time to time, by subsequent resolution, add or delete projects from the list of Economic Stimulus Projects; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to add the Children�s Courthouse located in District 3 to the list of Economic Stimulus Projects to be expedited under the ESP to provide jobs and act as a stimulus to the local economy at a time when such action is greatly needed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board hereby adds the Children�s Courthouse located in District 3, to the list of Economic Stimulus Projects covered under the County�s Economic Stimulus Plan and authorizes the County Mayor or Mayor's designee to exercise his authority under the Economic Stimulus Plan with respect to these capital development projects.
