TITLE
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALLOCATION OF FY 2009-10 DISTRICT 3 OFFICE BUDGET FUNDS AND PRIOR YEARS� UNEXPENDED DISTRICT 3 DISCRETIONARY RESERVE FUNDS

BODY
WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocations from the FY 2009-10 District 3 Office Budget Funds:
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Dade County Alumnae Chapter $10,000.00; and
WHEREAS, this Board desires to make the following allocation of prior years� unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3 in accordance with the criteria for allocating such funds, see attached,
Delta Education Health Cultural Initiative $500.00
(Miami Alumnae Founders Day 2010),

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board:
Section 1. Approves the allocation of FY 2008-09 District 3 Office Budget Funds as follows:
Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Dade County Alumnae Chapter $10,000.00
Section 2. Approves the allocation of prior years� unexpended District Discretionary Reserve Funds of County Commission District 3 as follows:
Delta Education Health Cultural Initiative $500.00
