RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL EXPENSES ESTIMATED NOT TO EXCEED $3,000.00 TO ENABLE CITIZENS� INDEPENDENT TRANSPORTATION TRUST (CITT) MEMBER DR. ANNA WARD TO ATTEND THE RAIL-VOLUTION 2011 CONFERENCE IN WASHINGTON, DC, FROM OCTOBER 16, 2011 THROUGH OCTOBER 19, 2011, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF CHARTER COUNTY TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM SALES SURTAX FUNDS

WHEREAS, this Board desires to accomplish the purposes outlined in the accompanying memorandum, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board approves the expenditure of Charter County Transportation System Sales Surtax funds, estimated not to exceed $3,000.00 and payable through the Office of the Citizens� Independent Transportation Trust (CITT) department budget, to permit CITT member Dr. Anna Ward to attend Rail-Volution 2011, a nationally recognized transportation conference.
