WHEREAS, this Board desires to allocate the following FY 2011-12 District 3 Office Budget Funds:
Reimbursement of the P-Card for purchase of turkeys for District 3�s $5,045.42
Annual Turkey Giveaway held on Tuesday, November 20, 2011

Haitian Heritage Museum re: Haitian Heritage Museum 8th Annual $ 750.00
Visionary Gala

5000 Role Models of Excellence Foundation re: Annual Dr. Martin $1,000.00
Luther King, Jr. Unity Scholarship Breakfast

The Delta Educational Health & Cultural Initiative re: Delta Sigma $1,000.00
Theta Sorority, Inc. (Miami Alumni Chapter) � Scholarships

Community Action Agency (CAA) re: Scholarship � Wynwood $ 500.00

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this Board approves the following allocations from FY 2011-12 District 3 Office Budget funds, as follows:
Section 1. Reimbursement of the P-Card for purchase of turkeys for District 3�s Annual Turkey Giveaway held on Tuesday, November 20, 2011 in the amount of $5,045.42.
Section 2. Haitian Heritage Museum re: Haitian Heritage Museum 8th Annual Visionary Gala in the amount of $750.00.
Section 3. 5000 Role Models of Excellence Foundation re: Annual Dr. Martin
