Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and performing all operations required to Install approximately 110 linear feet of black coated perimeter fence with 2 eight (8 feet) gates. Detail work Includes but is not limited to: Fence System (warehouse cage) will include all hardware, posts, rails, gates, fittings, pole flanges, erection accessories, and fastenings necessary for a complete and aesthetically balanced installation. The contractor will be responsible for preparing and obtaining all regulatory permitting, if required, and licensing requirements from Miami Dade County regulatory agencies and any state or municipalities as required. All conditions of installation and utility locations are the responsibility of the contractor. For specific fence details refer to Technical Specifications and vendor illustrations, under Article 2.02 of the Special Provisions.

Certificate of Competency from the County’s Construction Trades Qualifying Board as a Fence Contractor or as a General Engineering Contractor or as a General Building Contractor, or State of Florida General Contractor.
