Cruise Terminal J - Electrical and Structural Repairs

Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). The scope of work is to perform structural and electrical repairs and restoration to the building based on the findings from the recertification inspection report generated by Cueto Engineering on July 20, 2023, in an effort to successfully complete the terminals 30-year recertification. The STRUCTURAL repairs include but are not limited to the following: a. CMU mortar joint cracking repair b. Concrete crack repair c. Concrete spalling repair (moderate) d. Concrete spalling repair (severe) e. Curtain wall sealant repair f. Steel corrosion (canopy framing) repair g. Steel corrosion (canopy plates) repair h. Steel corrosion (doors) repair i. Stucco crack repairs j. Stucco delamination repair k. Topping slab repair l. Moisture damage repair m. Skylight sealant repair The ELECTRICAL repairs include but are not limited to the following: a. Installation of one (1) new parking lot luminaire on NEW concrete pole at new location as shown with new hardware, connections, electrical branch circuitry, cable, conduit and breakers tied to existing electrical panel. b. Installation of two (2) new parking lot luminaires on EXISTING concrete poles at EXISTING locations as shown with new hardware, connections, electrical branch circuitry, cable, conduit and breakers tied to existing electrical panel. c. Installation of new emergency lights in stairwells as shown- All emergency lights are new and are tied to closest lighting circuit. All cable, conduit, hardware and connections are new. Note: The Prime Contractor, Sub-contractor and/or Key Personnel must have successfully completed the rehabilitation of a minimum of three (3) cast-in-place concrete structures within the last (5) years.
