Scope of Work:
(Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work).
The work of this Contract consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and supportive ancillary efforts necessary for a licensed Fire Sprinkler Contractor to replace the existing deteriorated sprinkler systems and install new sprinkler systems throughout PortMiami’s Shed E and Parking Garage J. After the new sprinkler systems are operational, the existing deteriorated sprinkler systems shall be completely demolished. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and in compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Minimum Construction Experience Of The Contractor:
The Prime Contractor, Sub-contractor and/or Key Personnel must have successfully completed the construction and/or rehabilitation of a minimum of three (3) fire protection systems replacements within the last ten (10) years; one (1) project within the last five (5) years.
The experience must be demonstrated by the individual of the Prime Contractor that will have direct or substantial involvement in a supervisory capacity at the Project Manager level or above. As a condition of award, the awarded Contractor shall submit the individual(s) name(s) and list of past projects, contact information along with references.
