Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). Experience Requirement: Bidder or Bidder’s Subcontractor shall have completed at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope; in lieu of the references from the Bidder or Bidder’s Subcontractor, the County will consider the references from Bidder’s key personnel in accordance with Resolution No. R-1122-21. Scope of Work: The Work includes the removal, abandonment and replacement of the existing marina fire protection system at Matheson Hammock Park. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new underground fire service piping, fire hydrants, and fire hose cabinets across designated pier and parking areas, as indicated in the construction documents. The Contractor shall perform all trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and surface restoration activities required to install the new system per applicable codes and standards. Work shall be coordinated to minimize disruptions to park and marina operations, and all work areas shall be restored to existing or better conditions upon completion.
