Traction Power Switchgear Replacement Project Phase IV

Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). This project is for the upgrade and replacement of the existing Department of Transportation and Public Works’ (DTPW) Traction Power Substations Direct Circuit (DC) Switchgear, Annunciator, Supervisory Control Interface Terminal Cabinet (SCITC) panels and the upgrade of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System at Three (3) Traction Power Substations and one (1) Gap tie Substation, listed as: 1) Gap Tie 1 (GT1) 2) Vizcaya (VIZ) 3) Coconut Grove (CGV) 4) Douglas Road (DRD) All hardware and software necessary to convert to fiber as well as programming services is to be supplied by the Contractor. The latest PLC software is to be installed on the PLCs installed under this contract.
