CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans, and scope of work provided by the Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, tools, and permits (as applicable), as required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents, including but not limited to the following: Construct a new dog park, including separate small-dog and large-dog areas, complete and operational. Provide and install perimeter chain-link fencing (including all posts, gates, hardware, and access/entry features) as shown in the plans. Provide and install dog play equipment and associated surfacing/footings/foundations as required by the manufacturer and the contract documents. Provide and install site furnishings including, but not limited to, benches, trash receptacles, pet waste stations, and signage, per plans and specifications. Install the dog park entrance/entry improvements, including any required paving, gates, accessibility features, and transitions to adjacent walkways, as indicated. Connect a water service to serve the dog park as shown in the plans. Perform all incidental and associated site work required for a complete project, including but not limited to: demolition/removals (as needed), grading, restoration, and coordination of utilities impacted by the work. Replace/repair affected sidewalks and walkways, including any adjacent concrete/asphalt restoration disturbed by construction, per plans. Complete parking area improvements associated with the project, including parking striping/re-striping and any related pavement markings, as shown in the plans. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents, applicable codes, standards, and Miami-Dade County requirements.
