Thrive305 is a partnership between Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava's Division of Innovation and Performance, The Miami Foundation, and a coalition of philanthropic organizations that have provided financial support, including the Ford Foundation, Knight Foundation, Allegany Franciscan Ministries, The Health Foundation of South Florida, Milton Family Foundation, and Shepard Broad Foundation. The Thrive305 process was designed to create opportunities for residents and County staff at all levels to directly shape the Levine Cava administration’s action plan at the beginning of its term.
