Per the latest revision to Rule 61C-5(2)(c), effective May 25, 2026, “Compliance with Section 3.10.12 may not be enforced until August 1, 2029.” This applies only to the retroactive requirement for equipment required to comply with A17.1-1995 or earlier. Where applicable, this should be listed as a comment and NOT a violation.
