Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and performing all operations required to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work includes but is not limited to removing one (1) inground car lift at Police Station 5, removing one above-ground lift, Mohawk LMF-12, from Shop 1 Main and installing it at Police Station 5; and installing a new above-ground car lift, Challenger 223-CL10V3-2-QC versymmetric, furnished by the County at Shop 1 Main. Contractor to be responsible for all permit requirements. Refer to Article 2.02 from these Special Provisions for additional Work details.
