Temporary Allapattah Interior Renovation Project

Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). Provide all labor, material equipment and supervision required for the following work (Including but not limited to): New Work: Patch and repair existing walls to match adjacent surfaces as required, new ceiling tiles, new LED light fixtures 2x2 LED (Library to provide product specifications), new vinyl flooring in staff area, new carpet in adult areas and kid’s area (installation to be done as per manufacturer), new baseboard throughout, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work as reflected by the construction drawings. The Contractor is responsible for any and all bonds and insurances, permits, engineering, architecture or specialty trades required for the successful completion and closure of this job. The Owner has successfully completed all asbestos testing and remediation for this site. Reports will be submitted with the bid documents. Owner to provide flooring materials per the designated areas below: Adult Area 1 = 586 SF Adult Area 2 = 490 SF Kids Area = 531 SF Staff (Business) Area = 1235 SF
