The data comes primarily from the Bureau of Labor Statistics at times supplemented by Current Population Survey, American Community Survey, and Bureau of Economic Analysis Data. The intent is to aid in the understanding of labor market conditions in the county for policy makers and the community at large.

2019 - 2020 Residential and Commercial Real Estate Market Report – Quarterly

Description: Analysis of the Miami-Dade County real estate market including commercial and industrial costs and vacancies, homeownership and rental affordability, and patterns of each at the sub-county level. Where possible, context is provided over time and with respect to other relevant counties and regions. The data comes from a variety of sources including Miami, Florida and National Associations of Realtors, Zillow, S&P Case Shiller, American Community Survey, Costar Group, and the Federal Housing Finance Agency, and, at times supplemented by other sources when beneficial.
