Work under this Contract includes furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and performing all operations required to construct the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Work includes but is not limited to removing an inground car lift and furnishing and installing a new above ground car lift. Contractor to be responsible for all permits requirements. Refer to Article 2.02 of the Special Provisions for additional Work details.
