Parking Garage G Roadway Improvements and Cruise Terminal V Duct Bank

The Contractor shall furnish all materials (except owner provided), labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary for the roadway improvements; installation of concrete encased duct banks; and manhole structures, located at Parking Garage G & Cruise Terminal V at Miami-Dade County Seaport Department. The project consists of, but is not limited to: 1) Installation of two (2) new Florida Power & Light (FP&L) Duct Banks and manhole structures 2) Relocation of existing light poles & electrical conduits 3) Modification to existing manholes and handholes 4) Installation of new CCTV camera 5) Roadway widening and pavement marking and signage 6) Tree removal 7) Any supportive ancillary tasks to successfully complete all elements of the project as shown on construction drawings, approved permits and in compliance all applicable regulatory standards and requirements. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents. Document Pick-Up: Documents are available (on Compact Disk) starting on May 5, 2023, at PortMiami's, Contracts, Procurement and Materials Management Section, 1007 N. America Way, Suite 311, Miami, FL 33132. One copy of the bid documents will be required to prepare a bid. Bid documents (on Compact Disk) will also be available after the site visit meeting. The non-refundable fee for each set of Bid Documents (available on one Compact Disk) is $15.00 and only checks or money orders are acceptable and shall be made payable to: Miami-Dade County Seaport Department. Contractor must refer to the Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) and associated project specifications for the detail Scope of Work.
