Leona McFarlane joined the Miami-Dade County Attorney's Office in 2013. Before joining the Office, Leona was in private practice where she represented management in employment litigation matters. Since joining the County Attorney's Office, Leona has successfully represented County departments in contract arbitrations, personnel grievances and administrative hearings. As part of the County's Employment Discrimination and Labor practice, Leona litigates in both state and federal courts.
