Attorney Profile

Dale Clarke practices in the office's Transit and Taxation and Finance sections.  Dale also provides counsel to The Children's Trust.

Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Dale litigated and arbitrated complex claims at two Miami law firms.

Dale earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he attended as a Dean's Merit Scholar.  While in law school, he received the C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Award in the Miami Law Business Planning Seminar and was on the Dean's list for 3 semesters.  Dale also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Laurel Isicoff, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.
