Daniel Piscottano is a member of the Tort Liability & Medical Malpractice Litigation Section. Prior to joining the County Attorney's Office, Daniel was a partner at a private insurance defense firm handling complex personal injury matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida. His experience includes the litigation of medical malpractice, negligent security, auto, and general premises liability matters. Throughout his career, Daniel has represented and successfully defended national property management companies, commercial property developers, hospitals, medical clinics, doctors, nurses, and retail clients and ensured the favorable resolution of catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.
