Attorney Profile

Danny Frastai is a member of the Office's Tort Liability and Medical Malpractice Section where he defends negligence cases on behalf of the County and the Public Health Trust including, personal injury, premises liability, false arrest and malicious prosecution cases.  Danny also serves as legal counsel to the County's Solid Waste Management Department.  Previously, Danny was a member of the the Office's Commercial Section, where he provided legal counsel and representation on commercial matters to various County departments including Fire Rescue, Aviation, Internal Services, Public Works, Regulatory and Economic Resources, Corrections, and Police.
