Safety is our Priority

During the FIFA World Cup 2026, the Miami-Dade County Department of Emergency Management (DEM) will support countywide emergency coordination efforts in collaboration with local, state, and federal partners. DEM will help provide situational awareness, weather monitoring and updates, emergency information, and coordination support through the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as needed throughout the tournament period.
