The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will offer its services at the Stephen P. Clark Center, 2nd Floor on Thursday, May 18th, from 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Every first Tuesday of the month
- FedAssist - Representatives from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Staff will be available to answer questions and general information to the public on a walk-in basis. In addition, resource materials to help you study for the citizenship test.
Every third Tuesday of the month
- Advocate Program’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
The Advocate Program’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) will be providing services for low-income veteran families from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Automated Community Connection to Economic Self-Sufficiency (ACCESS) Program
The Department of Children and Families (DCF) will be available from 10 a.m. - noon offering their Automated Community Connection to Economic Self-Sufficiency (ACCESS) Program, which provides the following services to Floridians: Temporary Cash Assistance, Food Stamps, Medicaid, and Refugee Assistance.

- The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles - If you need to renew or replace your driver's license book an apppointment today. Make sure to bring proper documentation to the Stephen P. Clark Center, 2nd Floor.
- Free Sunpass-minis
The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) will also be on site from 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. to provide all attendees with free SunPass-minis for all vehicles in their household. For those interested in opening a new SunPass account, you will need a credit or debit card ($10 minimum is required to activate), provide contact and vehicle information. MDX will also inform residents about the SunPass Tag Swap Program.
- Life Alliance
Life Alliance Organ Recovery Agency (LAORA) is part of the Miami Miller School of Medicine and is one of the nation's 58 federally designated organ recovery agencies certified and regulated by the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS). LAORA will have representatives available to educate residents on how to become a registered organ and tissue donor. LAOARA will be in the atrium between 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Take the Train, Take the Test
The Miami-Dade County Office of Community Advocacy, with the support of Chairman Jean Monestime, the Florida Department of Health, Miami-Dade Transit and 3-1-1, offers free HIV and STD testing as part of its monthly Take the Train… Take the Test events at select Metrorail stations. HIV test results will be available in as little as 20 minutes. Counseling also will be available on site.
