Administrative Orders / Implementing Orders

Administrative Orders (AO) Implementing Orders (IO)

Establishes operating methods, administrative procedures, and/or delineates organizational responsibilities for identified procedures. Administrative Orders relate to these responsibilities and are under the authority of the Mayor.

Establishes specific Board of County Commissioner legislation or policies that fall under their authority, including fees departments charged to the public. Implementing Orders are submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for their action to accept, amend, or reject.
