Must be near the store entrance
- All commercial places have to meet the requirement
- If less than 100 spaces site is exempt from providing stroller parking. (Sec. 33-122.2)
- ZIP permit required to correct violations (Sec. 19-5.3)

501-1,000 - 3
More than 1,000 - One space per 500 spaces
