Prohibited Signs

  • Banners, except for temporary grand opening announcements are not allowed (Sec. 33-95)
  • Portable signs are not allowed on public or private property (Sec. 33-95)

Both the portable sign on corner and banner (bottom picture) are illegal and must be removed.

Roof signs are not allowed without prior public hearing approval (Sec. 33-95)

  • Pennants or streamers are not allowed (Sec. 33-95)
  • Flags may not be used primarily as an advertising device (Sec. 33-95)

Pennants and flags solely used as advertising display are not allowed.
