- Portable signs are not allowed on public or private property (Sec. 33-95)
Both the portable sign on corner and banner (bottom picture) are illegal and must be removed.
Roof signs are not allowed without prior public hearing approval (Sec. 33-95)
- Pennants or streamers are not allowed (Sec. 33-95)
- Flags may not be used primarily as an advertising device (Sec. 33-95)
Pennants and flags solely used as advertising display are not allowed.
